About the position

The Personal Trainer position at Equinox offers a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader in fitness training. Trainers are responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, both in-person and virtually. Responsibilities

• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
• Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions
• Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions

Requirements

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
• Basic computer and technology skills

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in the field of fitness or related area
• Previous experience in personal training
