About the position

BeTogether Hub is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join their nonprofit practice, focusing on providing high-quality psychological services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The role is remote and requires the therapist to manage a caseload of at least 25 patients, with opportunities for professional development and leadership responsibilities in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum caseload of 25 patients, gradually building up as needed.
• Conduct a minimum of 15 counseling sessions per week on a flexible schedule.
• Participate in weekly supervision meetings for patient overview, theory, and feedback.
• Hold groups and/or workshops, with potential for leading supervision for other clinicians.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, educational sessions, and peer consultations.

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LCSW, LPCC license, or a clinical psychology license recognized in California.
• Advanced training in at least one evidence-based trauma, mindfulness, or attachment treatment modality.
• Ability to set up a private, confidential, sound-proof home office with reliable internet connection.
• Compassionate, warm, personable, hard-working, and reliable personal qualities.
