The Virtual RN position offers a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work within a collaborative environment focused on holistic patient care. This role emphasizes treating patients physically, emotionally, and spiritually, while being part of a dedicated Care Team that includes a Virtual RN and Nursing Support. The position is designed to enhance patient visit experiences through individualized care and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
• Collaborate with a Virtual RN and Nursing Support to meet patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited professional school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, including adult condition management.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
