At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to put the world on vacation, and we are currently seeking reliable, professional, and sales-minded individuals to join our growing Virtual Sales Team in Salt Lake. This position offers a unique opportunity to inspire people to take vacations while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will conduct presentations via Zoom to prospective and current owners, establishing commonality and building rapport to articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. You will generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques, all while enjoying the perks of no cold calling, as all leads are prequalified and provided by the company. The role requires you to attend ongoing advanced sales and career training, ensuring you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your position. The hours for this role are from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Fridays, with one Saturday a month from 10 am to 2 pm. The target pay ranges from $80,000 to $150,000, with no ceiling on earnings, as the compensation structure includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Passion to support our company mission to put the world on vacation
  • Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
