About the position

The Virtual Signage Operations Manager will oversee the implementation and management of virtual signage across various media platforms, ensuring precise delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. The manager will be responsible for the entire virtual signage ecosystem, from logo acquisition to on-air delivery, and must be available beyond normal business hours to address any urgent issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire virtual signage ecosystem from logo acquisition through signage delivery.
• Act as the point person for immediate response to service disruptions and communicate the level of disruption to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Ad Sales, Creative Services, and virtual signage vendors to ensure delivery workflow is met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new uses for virtual signage technology.
• Work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem-solve under pressure and meet deadlines while being a forward thinker.
• Schedule transmission routing related to virtual signage delivery.
• Build and distribute detailed operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Technology, or related fields.
• 3 - 5 years of broadcast production, graphics, or operations experience.
• Operations, Graphics, Production experience at a network, RSN, or vendor.
• Previous management of on-air operations.
• Knowledge of broadcasting standards, operations, workflows, and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with clear communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in both individual and team environments.
