About the position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a virtual position starting in January 2025. This full-time role involves providing therapy to K-8 students, managing a caseload of 55-60 students, and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The position is entirely virtual, allowing for flexibility while focusing on the needs of students with speech and language challenges. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to K-8 students in a virtual setting.
• Manage a caseload of 55-60 students, ensuring individualized attention and support.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
• Utilize up-to-date testing materials and therapy resources to assess and treat students' needs.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience working with K-8 students.
