About the position

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Family Medicine Virtualist team. This remote, out-patient position involves providing virtual patient care and managing department in-basket tasks, contributing to the care of patients in the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The role requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine and a minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care clinician experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual patient care during operating hours for Park Nicollet Primary Care (70%)
• Manage department in-basket tasks (30%) for HealthPartners
• Collaborate with a supportive team committed to patient care
• Contribute to the mission of HealthPartners by improving health and well-being of patients and community

Requirements

• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care clinician experience
• Candidates must reside in the state of Minnesota
