About The Position
The Plant Controller at DYMA Brands is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Visalia plant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing the monthly closing process, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. The Plant Controller will also contribute to the improvement of accounting systems and processes while providing guidance to less experienced staff members.
