Responsibilities

  • Assist in research activities and participate in a variety of collaborative projects.
  • Apply research principles and relevant subject matter knowledge to administer a research project.
  • Manage research-related duties and tasks with moderate direction.
  • Support data collection efforts, conduct literature reviews, and help write reports.
  • Ensure project compliance with different policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research by preparing literature reviews and assisting with data collection, entry, coding, and cleaning.
  • Maintain and process required paperwork.
  • Coordinate research activities including scheduling, tracking, and completing study activities.
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Research to ensure correct implementation and compliance with study protocols.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new staff.
  • Develop and compile summary data, progress reports, IRB submissions, and support for presentations.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all members of the research team, study participants, and learners.
  • Assist the Director of Clinical Research with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social science or related field required.
  • Knowledge of fundamental research concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Entry-level knowledge of research methods.
