About the position

GameChanger is seeking a Visual and Motion Designer to join its content team. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual and motion graphics content that aligns with the brand's identity and enhances user engagement across various digital and traditional media channels. The designer will collaborate with multiple teams to create compelling visuals for websites, social media, advertising, and video content.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs, including graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for videos, explainer animations, product launches, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different media.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and ensure a cohesive visual identity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and visual concepts that align with campaign objectives.
• Edit video content, adding animations, transitions, and special effects to enhance storytelling.
• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in visual and motion design, preferably in a creative agency, marketing team, or media production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere).
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to produce innovative and visually compelling designs.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and designs to stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt and experiment with new design trends, technologies, and tools.
