About the position

The AdP HRL Department at Bosch is seeking a Visual Arts/Videographer Co-op for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 terms. This role is integral to the Human Resources team, focusing on the creation of high-quality visual content that supports various plant initiatives and projects. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the HR and Anderson management teams to develop creative and compelling videos that effectively communicate Bosch's brand, value proposition, and internal communications. This position offers a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience and build a strong portfolio in a dynamic and creative environment. Candidates who are passionate about visual arts and eager to kick-start their careers are encouraged to apply. The role requires reliable transportation as remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant communication by supporting the communication structure utilizing various channels such as Facebook, Bosch Connect, and the Plantwide Newsletter.
• Develop and implement ideas to improve communication to associates through a communication team.
• Create videos and post slides on Bosch's TV visual communication system.
• Assist in the preparation of Plantwide Meetings and presentations.
• Support the coordination of leadership programs, including scheduling, sign-up, and setup for leadership trainings and workshops.
• Provide support for HRL associates and HR Business Partners as needed.
• Identify improvements and focus topics for the area.
• Coordinate Associate Survey and feedback.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum preferred overall GPA of at least 3.0.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to complete multiple rotations during Fall 2024 and Spring 2025.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• Familiarity with graphic design programs and other relevant technology.
• Previous experience in a team environment, particularly in creative projects.
