About the position

The Visual Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue is responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays that enhance the customer shopping experience. This role involves collaboration with the merchandising team to ensure that all visual elements align with the brand's standards and guidelines, contributing to an engaging retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain visually compelling displays in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to execute seasonal floor sets and window displays.
• Ensure all visual elements are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of promotional events and sales.
• Monitor and report on visual merchandising trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
