About the position
The Visual Co-Manager/Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in the success of the store by leading a team of sales associates, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position involves collaborating with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a strong leadership background in retail management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet targets
- Train and develop sales associates on brand standards, product knowledge, and customer service techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Store Manager
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure inventory levels are accurate and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand image and values to customers and employees
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions
- Support and assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Continuously stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments to provide expert knowledge to customers and team members
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

- Proven track record in retail management
