About the position

As a Visual Commercial at Zara, you will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive store image tailored to the clientele. Responsibilities

• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review new products, assign locations, and manage store/warehouse rotations.
• Execute the best match between store space and product.
• Supervise product replenishment.
• Analyze product performance, competition, and trends to implement actions for better results.
• Conduct commercial analysis to improve sales through various reports and communications.
• Ensure customer service standards are met.
• Maintain continuous communication and feedback with the Section Manager and store teams.
• Train the team in commercial aspects and assist in developing the store's sales team.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in retail or visual merchandising.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and local retail market dynamics.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
