About the position

The Visual Communications Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual identity and brand experience of US Tech Solutions across various online and offline channels. This position requires a systems-thinking designer who can create compelling visuals, oversee print production, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling visuals for digital media including social media graphics, website experiences, and email templates.
• Create engaging marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and infographics.
• Develop impactful presentations and pitch decks for internal and external audiences.
• Create customer-facing materials to support users in product usage and solution building.
• Provide creative direction for videography and animation projects.
• Conceptualize and design visual experiences for trade shows and events.
• Lead the design and production of company merchandise, ensuring brand alignment.
• Transform complex data into visually appealing infographics and data visualizations.
• Oversee the design and production of printed materials, ensuring high-quality output.
• Systemize the use of brand guidelines across all channels and conduct brand audits.

Requirements

• Experience designing for technical or developer audiences in the enterprise space.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Extensive experience with both digital and print design, including print production processes.
• Proficient in data visualization and infographic design.
• Contemporary web design experience for responsive, mobile-optimized web experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Motion/Animation Designing skills
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
• Strong storytelling abilities
