About the position

The Visual Communications Design Intern at Radio Flyer will contribute to the growth and success of the company by designing visual assets that promote the brand and its products. This paid internship involves collaboration with the Brand Communications team and offers hands-on experience in various design projects, including marketing campaigns and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Design visuals for digital and physical assets to promote the Radio Flyer brand, products, and retail store.
• Assist at product photo and video shoots and in the finalization of photo and video content.
• Design materials for internal customers, including company meetings and events.
• Conduct UI/UX design for the Radio Flyer brand and e-commerce sites.
• Create packaging artwork within brand guidelines for Radio Flyer products.

Requirements

• College junior or senior majoring in Graphic Design or Visual Communications with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, and Adobe Dreamweaver is a plus.
• Creative, hands-on, and results-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to understand graphic trends and recommend design direction.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, and Adobe Dreamweaver.
