About the position

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and web graphics.
  • Collaborate with the enrollment marketing team to develop innovative and effective visual concepts for campaigns targeting prospective students.
  • Maintain and enforce the visual integrity of the university's brand across all materials and platforms.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Utilize photography and image editing skills to enhance visual content, including selecting, editing, and retouching images.
  • Work closely with the admissions office, recruitment, and other university stakeholders to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in higher education or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience in higher education enrollment marketing.
  • Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
