As a Content Creator & Social Media Associate at SuperMoss, you will be the storyteller of our brand, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and showcases the unique charm of our products. Managing our social media channels, you will be the voice and image of SuperMoss, fostering community engagement, and painting our digital canvas with shades of green innovation. From handling press releases to orchestrating collaborations with artists, designers, and influencers, every day is a new opportunity to inspire and be inspired! Your experience in creating targeted email marketing campaigns will be the dewdrop that nurtures our digital presence and cultivates meaningful connections. The top candidate will have a passion for storytelling and drive for getting the best shots. This photographer/videographer will be responsible for producing product and lifestyle photos and videos for print, digital and social media. Bonus if has a love of plants and gardening. Must be a self-starter with the skill, sense of urgency and creativity to identify and pursue compelling visual stories while balancing the needs of the business. The person in this position will play a big part in our marketing team and be responsible for all aspects of photo and video production from planning, shooting, and editing. It is expected for this person to be self-managed and a self-starter eager to “own” the visual content production and strategy. While technical ability is important, we believe personality is just as equal. We are looking for someone who works well with others, communicates well, is comfortable with sharing insights and has the ability to take lead. We emphasize having someone who is an all-round great person to have in the workplace while also having the ability to film and edit videos.

Responsibilities

• Create quality multimedia using photography and videography that showcases and inspires our audience.
• File photos, produce galleries and turn out video in a timely fashion.
• Own the content calendar, anticipating visual content needs based on business requirements.
• Edit footage and photos per industry standards in a timely manner.
• Assist in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Execute photo and short-form video shoots.
• Distribute video and photo content to the proper teams and channels.
• Develop engaging, authentic, and visually captivating content that reflects our brand ethos.
• Manage and grow our social media channels, fostering community engagement and elevating our digital presence.
• Monitor and manage our brand reputation, ensuring consistency and positivity in every interaction.
• Handle press releases showcasing our innovations and collaborations.
• Work on collaborations with artists, designers, and influencers.
• Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Requirements

• At least two years experience with professional photography and videography on multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and related programs.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure.
• Knowledge and willingness to support key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of pre- and post-production techniques for both photo and video.
• Develop a strong understanding of the SuperMoss brand to accurately visually represent products.
