About the position

The Digital Content Manager at bread & Butter is responsible for overseeing the daily needs of digital clients through the development and execution of visual content strategies. This role involves leading account teams, ensuring high standards of work, and acting as a liaison between the company and clients. The manager will oversee content strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives while fostering team growth and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily needs of digital clients and execute overall visual content strategy.
  • Lead account teams and ensure work meets the standards of bread & Butter.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Oversee content strategy and execution from photoshoots to visual aesthetics.
  • Identify and rectify any deviations from client objectives swiftly.
  • Participate in client meetings and support team members as needed.
  • Guarantee that all visual content aligns with client goals and maintains expected quality.
  • Devise high-quality content that resonates with client perspectives and fosters virality.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Work closely with HR to maintain standards and foster team growth.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of hospitality and/or travel social media and content creation experience, preferably with agency experience.
  • Proficiency with various platforms for campaign management, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, Box, Dropbox, Pixieset, and Later.com.
  • Experience running campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok for multiple hotel, restaurant, and food & beverage brands.
  • Experience directing paid social campaigns and influencer marketing campaigns with 20-30+ influencer partners.
  • Ability to work with photographers, videographers, and content creators to curate content for social aesthetics.
  • Ability to provide guidance and strategy for team members during crises.
  • Passion for cultivating relationships within the food and hospitality community.
  • Strong storytelling skills through social media partnerships and key messaging.
  • Media-savvy with a keen interest in pop culture.
  • Ability to create strategic digital campaigns that drive business and add value to clients.
