Responsibilities

• Handle Print and Online creative led projects.
• Collaborate with teams to manage creative projects throughout the entire creative/production process.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency before release in both print and digital media.
• Manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight deadline driven environment.
• Communicate ideas, changes, and updates effectively.
• Interpret briefs to develop compelling design concepts for both digital and print projects.
• Collaborate closely with design leaders to transform concepts into print-ready or digital designs.
• Oversee and review artwork to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and brand style guides.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and expertise.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years experience in a print production role.
• Proficient in InDesign, XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expertise in print production.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• UI/UX design experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of After Effects and Premier Pro is a plus.
• Experience with GIF and animation is a plus.
• Experience in design/digital agency work is a bonus.
• Work experience in Automotive, Car brands, Industrial brands, and/or IT brands is a bonus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in video editing.
• Familiarity with automotive industry design standards.
