About the position

The Visual Designer for Email Creative & Digital at Roku will focus on creating engaging email marketing designs for Smart Home subscriptions and other Roku products. This role is part of the Creative Studio team, which supports various marketing initiatives, and requires collaboration with marketing and writing teams to produce high-quality designs that align with the Roku brand. The designer will be responsible for applying brand identity systems and producing production-ready design assets while managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work on all email marketing designs for Smart Home subscriptions and Roku products.
• Produce production-ready design assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, email developers, and the creative team to drive innovative ideas.
• Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, and color to create visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality of creative deliverables.
• Communicate effectively and champion processes within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work-related experience in visual design.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience with a focus on email design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong production skills for creating production-ready artwork and assets.
• Solid foundation in visual design principles such as typography and layout.
• Ability to think and design quickly with attention to detail.
