About the position

The Visual Designer at Tesla Energy will play a crucial role in the Global Demand Generation and Content team, focusing on maintaining and elevating Tesla's visual identity and brand design across various channels. This position requires a highly creative individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling visual content for marketing, sales, and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design assets for marketing, sales, events, communications, and web.
• Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual content.
• Maintain and elevate Tesla's visual identity and brand standards across new and existing marketing materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external teams to achieve design goals on assets and uphold Tesla's visual design principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Figma.
• Ability to carry a design project from start to finish, from initial briefing to delivering final assets.
• Technical knowledge related to graphic design, including preparing final deliverables according to required print or digital specifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in 3D modelling, visualization, motion graphics, video editing, or illustration.
• Knowledge and experience in the residential energy industry.
