About the position

The Visual Designer will be part of the Ramsey Education team, focusing on creating visually appealing educational materials aimed at teaching personal finance skills to high school students across the United States. This role involves collaborating with various partners to ensure high-quality outputs and maintaining a cohesive curriculum ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling curriculum materials that engage teachers and students.
• Collaborate with in-house and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Design infographics, charts, and illustrations to enhance understanding of the subject matter.
• Maintain an overview of the curriculum ecosystem, creating documents to guide future work.
• Utilize InDesign and other design tools to produce polished layouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Adobe InDesign.
• 2+ years of design experience in editorial, catalogs, magazines, books, or curriculum materials.
• 3+ years of in-house or agency design experience.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain clarity and consistency in curriculum assets.
