About the position

The Visual Designer for ACI Gift Cards LLC will play a crucial role in creating innovative designs for electronic and physical gift cards, packaging, web content, and advertising. This position involves leading the design process from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer gifting experience through high-impact visuals.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end pipelines from concept to delivery.
• Quickly produce detailed comps and mockups in an iterative environment.
• Drive research and user testing to ensure data-backed design decisions.
• Develop style guides and design templates to optimize the product design process.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Work closely with printers to finalize large-scale projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools.
• Design creative marketing assets for Amazon and external placements.
• Maintain unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Apply usability principles to drive successful design outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
• Design products tailored for diverse cultures and global marketplaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat on macOS
• An available online portfolio
