Responsibilities

• Work on creative sports projects from conception to final handoff.
• Optimize existing visual design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including program management, product, design, interactive, and engineering.
• Craft best-in-class visual designs, iconography, photo illustrations, and sports artwork that align with the company's brand.
• Develop graphic and visual solutions in collaboration with product designers and interactive designers for consumer-facing native app and responsive web experiences.
• Present visual design work to the Visual Studio team, stakeholders, and Design leadership.
• Seek opportunities for visual storytelling, creativity, and company personality within projects or products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience designing high-quality experiences and user flows across app and web.
• Motion design experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Hunger for innovation and eagerness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, adaptability, and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to design within brand guides and contribute to design language.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual design background with experience working alongside product designers.
