About the position
The Visual Designer/Producer at Western States Equipment Company is responsible for creating engaging visual content that effectively communicates the brand's value and products to business customers. This role involves producing video and photo content for various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, and the company website, to enhance customer experience and drive sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality videos and photos for marketing purposes.
- Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for various platforms.
- Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment.
- Stay updated on trends in video and photo production.
- Create storyboards and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Safeguard the Cat and Western States brand identities according to established guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communication or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in designing and producing print and video content required.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
