About the position

The Visual Designer at Sun & Ski Sports is a key member of the in-house Brand & Creative team, responsible for developing and managing marketing materials that enhance the brand's image and service offerings. This role requires a strong ability to create engaging designs across various media, including digital, print, and video, while adhering to brand standards and collaborating with other creative professionals.

Responsibilities

• Create pixel-perfect, high-resolution digital assets for various marketing media including print advertising, store signage, digital display banners, and social media.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce on-strategy and on-brand creative solutions.
• Participate in strategy discussions and provide innovative design solutions.
• Follow best practices in design and provide input for improved solutions.
• Adopt a customer-centered approach in all business decisions and actions.
• Stay updated on current industry and design trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative group.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and InDesign).
• Experience in video production, editing, and sound design across multiple formats.
• Ability to produce motion design, dynamic interaction, illustration, and/or photography.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and adaptability to changing work environments.
• Ability to multitask and deliver in a time-sensitive environment.
• Self-motivated with high personal standards.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
