About the position

As a Visual Designer for Disney+, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering designs for digital growth marketing and retention campaigns. This position involves collaborating with various teams to produce a wide range of marketing assets, including display ads, landing pages, social media content, and marketing emails. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design and advertising, with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that enhance subscriber acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support Creative/Art Directors with the production of digital marketing assets
• Versioning of creative assets for global marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the conceptualization of campaign concepts/use of artwork
• Design visual solutions for social media assets
• Support design and implementation of campaign and weekly marketing emails

Requirements

• A portfolio reflecting precise fundamental graphic design skills with understanding of message hierarchy, typographic layout and pixel perfect Photoshop compositing
• 2+ years of experience in a design or comparable role
• BA/BFA in Graphic Design, a comparable certification, or equivalent experience required
• Experience staying up to date on new design and creative technologies, industry trends and innovation
• Passion for team culture initiatives
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite abilities, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as Sketch, HTML and CSS, Figma
