About the position

We are looking for a talented visual designer with strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of user experience design. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with UX designers and product managers to transform prototypes and wireframes into fully realized and visually complete applications. You will be responsible for interpreting user experience concepts into final visual designs, ensuring that the user experience is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling user experiences that are as functional as they are aesthetic.
• Speak authoritatively on UI design and lead the user interface design.
• Influence the look and style of visual systems that impact brand identity.
• Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to test and finalize visual concepts.

Requirements

• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator, with additional skills in HTML/CSS being a bonus.
• Ability to create beautiful and visually stimulating designs.
• Mastery of typography and color.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a high tech company or design agency.
• Comfortable working alongside both creative and non-creative types, effectively communicating your vision and understanding limitations.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of design styles and UI solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Appreciation for design beyond just aesthetics.
• Understanding that design is a process, not just a solution.
