About the position

The Visual Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing PensionBee's brand presence in the U.S. market by creating impactful and engaging visual assets. This position involves collaboration with the Visual Design and Marketing teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with the target audience, ensuring a consistent visual language across all platforms. The designer will work on various mediums including web pages, social media, and print, utilizing tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and advertising.
• Design and build responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow, ensuring user experience and visual alignment.
• Create visually compelling assets and videos for marketing campaigns, focusing on layout, color, typography, and iconography.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with user experience best practices.
• Generate storyboards, wireframes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts; contribute to the design system with visual elements.
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to improve design quality.
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Visual Design or related creative role.
• Strong written and verbal English skills for presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience with web design tools (e.g., Webflow) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar tools.
• Expertise in typographical hierarchy and creating balanced layouts.
• High attention to detail and quality in design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
