About the position

Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Visual Designer. The main function of a Visual Designer is to create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on established design principles and concepts. A typical graphic designer in this role needs to possess a high level of creativity and the ability to effectively communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. Flexibility to meet client demands, the ability to work well under pressure, and strong multi-tasking skills are essential for success in this position. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and creating visual solutions to various communication problems. This includes developing the overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design. You will prepare sketches or layouts to present to clients, ensuring that your designs align with their expectations and requirements. Additionally, you will create charts and graphs from provided data, translating complex information into visually appealing formats that enhance understanding and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication problems.
• Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design.
• Prepare sketches or layouts to present to clients.
• Create charts and graphs from data provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of expert-level visual design experience using Figma to build motion video assets and edit videos.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a 3D skillset.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with UX design.
• Design and production background.
• Ability to work from Figma to build motion video assets.
• Ability to edit video.
• Ability to work with graphics.
• Ability to design static images.
