About the position

As a Visual Designer at Stanley 1913, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the brand across various consumer touchpoints. This position requires a strong background in graphic design with a focus on customer engagement, allowing you to craft compelling visual communications that resonate with consumers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with the Stanley brand promise while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design visual communications for multiple channels, including email campaigns, website content, social media content, digital advertising, marketing collateral, catalogs, trade materials, sales presentations, packaging, and retail signage.
• Design engaging user experiences for the ecommerce channel, including content experiences, user interface designs, and data-driven site design improvements.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team and cross-functional partners to develop creative concepts.
• Work with designers, photographers, and motion editors to create engaging content for various platforms.
• Lead multiple projects from concept to completion while communicating project status to managers and partners.
• Research and share design and industry trends with the team.

Requirements

• Expert visual design skills with a keen eye for typography and proficiency in fundamental design principles.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic or web design experience.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Visual Communication, Graphic Art, or Graphic Design.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and visually.
• Proficient in working with web-based platforms like CMS, ESP, and DAM.
