About the position

The Sr. Visual Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity through innovative design solutions. This position requires a strong background in photography and marketing, focusing on developing strategies for complex business and technical needs across various design disciplines. The designer will consult with senior leadership to provide expert insights and engage strategically with client personnel to address unique challenges in experience design.

Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for complex business and technical needs across experience design.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience.
• Equivalent demonstrated experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
