About the position

Piper Companies is seeking a Visual Designer to join a Consumer Bank. The Visual Designer will own all decks and demos for Consumer Banking. This position will be onsite in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for presentation design, direction, and production with an excellent creative skill set and an innovative spirit.
• Interface with executive leadership and sales teams on external presentations for board meetings and client-facing meetings.
• Conceptualize ideas graphically with minimal instruction and research and collect imagery to support presentations and designs.
• Adhere to the production schedule to ensure on-time, on-strategy, high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare and manage presentations in PowerPoint - motion graphics experience is a bonus.

Requirements

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe CC applications.
• Must have experience in Banking industry (preferably consumer banking)
• Storytelling ability and the capacity to create a unified look with branding and design emphasizing a modern and contemporary feel.
• Presentation animation/motion design is required, and print design skills are a plus.
• A team player with the ability to work with extended Creative and Digital teams and train or mentor other designers.
• Submission of a creative portfolio and client references showcasing talents and accomplishments is required.
