About the position

The Visual Designer at Snow Commerce will play a crucial role in creating exceptional design solutions while managing the entire design process. This position involves overseeing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and marketing execution, along with leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Design original creative for web and marketing use.
• Refine and enhance images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
• Generate innovative ideas to effectively portray concepts and advertise products/services.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive execution and timely completion of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep our designs forward-thinking.
• Review and critique the work of junior designers, providing feedback to ensure the highest design standards.
• Increase user-friendliness in digital products through thoughtful design and UX principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in visual design
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire a creative team
• Proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful design work under tight deadlines
• Excellent conceptual and presentation skills, with experience in leading design discussions and delivering strategic solutions.

Nice-to-haves
