The position involves assisting in the planning, developing, establishing, and maintaining all retail, food, and services displays, signing, and merchandise presentation programs at an exchange installation. The role is focused on creating a positive environment that drives sales growth and enhances customer experience and exchange brand loyalty. Additionally, the individual will assist the Visual Manager in all roles assigned to the Visual Merchandising (VM) team, which includes responsibilities such as social media management and public affairs. The VM team also plays a role in supporting store events, and depending on operational needs, may assist the stores in other capacities as well.
