Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of visual merchandising experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
  • Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of the brand.
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment.
  • Effective communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
  • Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support a great guest experience by ensuring visual moments are set and maintained according to the Visual Merchandising Guide (VMG).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modeling inclusive behaviors.
  • Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices in team onboarding and learning.
  • Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
  • Understand sales goals and plan daily/weekly workload to deliver on visual merchandising and sales goals.
  • Support the execution of the company Visual Merchandising strategy and visual standards across the store.
  • Partner with leaders to maintain visual integrity by remerchandising in-store visual moments.
  • Support ETL or SD with team onboarding and continuous learning.
  • Maintain organization of backroom ISM space and keep current with signing tools and fixtures.
  • Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies.
