About The Position

The Visual Merchandiser at IKEA is responsible for implementing and innovating store layout plans to effectively present the product range. This role focuses on maintaining an organized and visually appealing environment, creating and maintaining visual displays, and executing effective merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 2 years retail visual merchandising or similar experience
• Proficient in Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or similar software
• Associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements and innovates upon store layout plan in order to best present the product range
• Maintains an organized and visually appealing environment for our customers
• Creates and maintains visual displays
• Devises, implements, and executes effective merchandising strategies
• Utilizes space planning tools to ensure simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in store design
