About the position

The role involves supporting the Global Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience team by fulfilling creative needs to ensure a consistent and representative brand experience across various channels. The position focuses on developing 3D models, graphics, presentations, and guidelines for merchandising units and retail displays, while collaborating with internal teams to execute global strategies for product launches and seasonal programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of visual merchandising projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop clear, visually impactful, and easy-to-navigate designs based on creative briefs.
  • Create 3D models, renders, plans, 2D graphics, and design turn-over drawings for product displays, launch content, in-store artwork, and graphics.
  • Understand and design for various retail environments to maximize product exposure and storytelling.
  • Develop displays that stand out from the competition and highlight new product launches.
  • Design graphics, packaging, and visual guidelines for launch and evergreen programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program execution and a cohesive brand message.
  • Create digital guidelines/presentations for open sell systems.
  • Attend meetings, present concepts, and report on project status.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of project assets.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends in visual arts and merchandising.
  • Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising design in the beauty industry, preferably luxury.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency in 3D design programs (Rhino, Keyshot) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to multi-task, be self-starting, and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent communication.
  • Knowledge of retail trends and SMC environments.
