About the position

The Visual UX Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual direction of digital products and creating intuitive, engaging interfaces that enhance user experience. This part-time position focuses on developing brand identity and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure designs align with project goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually stunning designs that align with the client's brand identity and resonate with their target audience.
• Explore and present a variety of design directions, including different color palettes, 'vibes,' drop shadows, and visual elements to ensure the perfect aesthetic.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring design concepts to life and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and data to optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across multiple platforms
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of user research and testing methodologies
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
