About the position

The Visual UX Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning user interfaces that enhance user experience. This role involves collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to transform concepts into high-quality designs, while also establishing design guidelines and staying updated with the latest UI trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for desktop applications.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Present and defend design decisions based on the overall design roadmap and fundamental design principles.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Visual Designer or UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects, particularly in interaction/animation design.
• Previous experience supporting or building a Design System and creating reusable UI components with an understanding of scalability and adaptability of enterprise products.
• Clear and concise communication style with the ability to build excitement about previous work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a pixel-perfect mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
