About the position

The Visualization Solution Developer at DSA will be responsible for developing data models and visualization solutions to support the Miltech Team's objectives. This role involves aligning various platforms such as SharePoint Online and M365 with data models, creating dashboards, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in data visualization and business intelligence, along with the ability to work collaboratively with clients to meet their data needs.

Responsibilities

• Data model development
• Alignment of SharePoint Online, M365, SharePoint and other solutions to data model
• Building data environment to support existing and emerging data visualization and metrics requirements
• Working with customers to define and document requirements
• Stakeholder communications including formal and informal presentations
• Develop data visualization solutions
• Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules
• Creation of dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI) based on key performance indicators
• User training, provisioning, and management of solutions created

Requirements

• Experience with M365, Power BI, Dataverse
• Knowledge of the SharePoint App Model/Add In Model and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Minimum three years of professional experience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients
• Minimum three years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence
• Proven ability to participate in the analysis of IT and business issues
• Proven experience to indicate a record of information security awareness and discipline in information systems development and sustainment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SharePoint in the US Army unclassified network or DoD environment highly desired
• Experience using project management tools e.g. MS Project and JIRA
• Understanding of agile and waterfall software development models
• Experience with MS Power Suite, including Power Apps and Power Automate
