Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in the Vitamin Department.
• Create and maintain department displays to enhance customer experience.
• Accurately price merchandise by stamping, marking, or placing shelf tags and signs.
• Educate customers about supplements and vitamins within proper parameters.
• Stay informed about events and seminars related to health and wellness.
• Guide customers in locating products throughout the store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a high level of respect for others and adhere to a code of ethics.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to gain knowledge about new products and alternative health options.
• Ability to perform repetitious activities and multi-task effectively.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
