About the position

The Slot Technician - Level III at MGM Resorts International is responsible for performing shop repairs, rebuilding slot games, and providing hands-on training for all gaming devices and related systems. This role emphasizes excellent guest service and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Perform floor repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines, including cleaning and overhauls.
• Maintain the integrity of slot machine equipment and secure company assets at all times.
• Provide hands-on training on all gaming devices and related systems to Slot Technicians.
• Advise and assist Slot Tech trainees and other Technicians.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with business contacts.
• At least 6 months of previous experience as a Slot Technician.
