About the position

The Slot Technician - Level III at MGM Resorts International is responsible for performing shop repairs, rebuilding slot games, and providing hands-on training for all gaming devices and related systems. This role emphasizes excellent guest service while ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete shop repairs and rebuild slot games.
• Perform floor repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines, including cleaning and overhauls.
• Maintain the integrity of slot machine equipment and secure company assets.
• Provide hands-on training on all gaming devices and related systems to Slot Technicians.
• Advise and assist Slot Tech trainees and other Technicians.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous experience as a Slot Technician.
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with business contacts.
