The VoC Insights and Strategy Director is responsible for the development and execution of Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs to help transform the customer experience, retain profitable membership, and drive business growth. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) and the ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. The role involves leveraging VoC data insights for strategic/business planning, integrating and organizing customer data from multiple sources, and identifying gaps and opportunities to deliver actionable strategies. The director will also design and manage VoC survey programs, conduct in-depth analysis of survey responses, and report customer insights in an actionable manner.
