Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in the installation, maintenance, and support of secure and non-secure VoIP services.
• Engineer, furnish, install, and test hardware and software for VoIP capabilities.
• Handle sensitive or classified information, requiring specific documentation and permissions.
• Install, relocate, and repair IP Telephony (IPT) desktop instruments, servers, and network switches.
• Ensure successful installation and maintenance support of voice services and documentation as required by local policy.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain an IAT I level certification.
• 3 years of experience performing VOIP and SVOIP Technician functions.
• Secret Clearance is required.
