About the position

This position is for a finance and accounting leader within a rapidly growing, private equity-backed construction group. The role involves leading and developing the finance and accounting team, overseeing all accounting, auditing, and tax-related matters, and establishing strategic financial goals and objectives. The position reports directly to the Group CFO and plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and US GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Oversee all accounting, auditing, and tax-related matters.
• Establish and direct strategic financial goals, plans, and objectives.
• Review and enforce key internal policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
• Excellent understanding of US GAAP and ERP systems.
• CPA license is strongly preferred.
