We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader for the role of VP Product Management & Adtech here at Locality. This role is crucial for overseeing product management and development for Locality Streaming, acting as the liaison to department leads and the leadership team for all matters related to Advertising Technology. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Locality Streaming, from concept and design through development, launch, and post-launch analysis. This position requires managing technology stack integrations, including order management systems, proprietary technology, ad servers, DSPs, and reporting systems. As the primary point of contact for all AdTech-related initiatives, the VP will facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, sales, and other departments. Regular updates to the leadership team on AdTech developments, performance metrics, and strategic direction will be essential. The role also involves assessing potential new software vendors and partners to enhance the AdTech stack, administering the testing of new software or new features from existing partnerships, and developing a clear vision for the AdTech strategy, ensuring all stakeholders understand the direction and goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, is vital. The VP will act as the public face of Locality's AdTech initiatives at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, presenting on AdTech advancements, company products, and industry trends to establish thought leadership. Additionally, the role includes managing inventory acquisition costs, eCPM, and margin management, as well as planning and executing beta tests for new FreeWheel features, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and analyzing test results to provide feedback for improving ad server performance and capabilities.
