About the position

As a Vice President, Ag/Commercial Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating loan applications and documentation to confirm the creditworthiness of applicants. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Ag or Commercial Loan Officer.
  • Demonstrated leadership aspirations and qualities.
  • Strong credit experience and a business development mindset.
  • Loyal and hard-working with a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to expand loans and client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
  • Familiarity with sales, commercial loan processing, and closing processes.
  • Working knowledge of the agricultural industry.
  • Ability to multi-task quickly and effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
